Prioritizing Your Mental and Emotional Wellness

I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio. I attended Bowling Green State University where I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in psychology and Master of Education in school psychology. 

I received my doctorate at the California School of Professional Psychology and completed my education with a post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital.

I moved to Charlotte, North Carolina where I've spent the past several years practicing as a psychologist in private practice. 

I have a relaxed approach, and I provide a nonjudgmental and caring atmosphere, but I am also direct when I feel it is beneficial to your well-being. 

Outside the office, I enjoy baseball (yes, I am a Cleveland Indians fan!) and spending time with my family which includes two rescued Border Collies (Teddy and Chase) whose pictures you'll see in my office.
